Southern Exposure Camera Repair is solely owned and operated by Terence Grandfield. Terence has been in the photographic equipment repair industry for 32 years. His career started in the U.S Navy right after high school. Joining the navy as a photographer, Terence completed basic photography school at the Naval School of Photography. Shortly after being sent to his first duty station, Roosevelt Roads Puerto Rico, Terence was sent back to Pensacola for camera repair school. A 4 month long self paced course beginning with an understanding of machine shop principles and working through and in depth understanding of camera mechanics and electronics. During the camera repair school Terence also became air crew qualified to be an aerial photographer, flying in helicopters and jets.

Through many years of camera repair, Terence has become very proficient in the repair of all types of cameras and lenses. From “classic” film cameras to the most current and up to date digital SLR’s.

Eventually ending repairing all types of photographic equipment in his home based business.
